Common questions
Do I need an account or an email address?
No. You pick a product, pay, and the code appears on your order page. If you want your orders listed in one place, you can create an optional account with just a username and a password — no email is ever asked for.
How do I receive my gift card or eSIM?
On the order page you are taken to after choosing a product. Once your payment is confirmed the page shows the gift card code, or for an eSIM the QR code and activation details. Nothing is sent by email.
How do I pay?
With Monero or USDT. After you choose a product you are taken to our own payment page, where you pick the coin and the exact amount is set for you; pay it and you are brought back to your order page, which updates by itself once the payment is seen.
How long does delivery take?
The order is prepared as soon as your payment is confirmed on its network, so the wait is mostly the confirmation time of the coin you pay with. The order page updates live.
Can I add data to an eSIM I bought here?
Yes. Open the top-up page, enter the eSIM’s ICCID (shown under the eSIM on its order page), pick one of the plans offered for it and pay. The plan is added to the eSIM you already have — nothing to scan or install again. Signed in, the account page lists your eSIMs with a top-up button each.
How long is my code kept?
The order page is the only copy of your code. It is deleted 30 days after the order ends and cannot be recovered afterwards, so save the code as soon as it appears. Anyone who has the link to the order page can see the code.
What if my order is not delivered?
An order that was paid but could not be delivered is refunded. Contact support with the order id. Delivered codes are digital goods and cannot be refunded.
